In our infant program, babies are cared for by consistent, loving caregivers who focus on comfort, routine, and developmental support. As your child grows, they’ll transition into our toddler program, where age-appropriate learning and play spark confidence, independence, and curiosity.
For older children, we offer after-school programs and exciting summer camps that blend learning and fun through enriching activities, homework support, and plenty of time to connect with friends.

Meet Our Director
Hello! I’m Alezundria Beauchamp, and I bring nearly two decades of experience in early childhood education and school leadership to my role as Center Director. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading multiple early learning programs, always with a focus on creating nurturing, high-quality environments for children, families, and educators. I’m passionate about building school communities where every child is supported, every teacher is empowered, and every family feels welcome.
In 2021, I became the founding director of a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in Northern Virginia, where I led a multi-service center focused on relationship-driven care, staff development, and strong family partnerships. Most recently, I served as the founding Head of School at a Montessori program in Virginia Beach, where I helped launch a new campus and build a connected, thriving learning environment. Across both roles, my goal has always been the same—to create spaces where children can grow into their full potential while families and educators feel supported every step of the way.
I hold bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and math, as well as a master’s degree in early childhood education. When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying a good book. I look forward to partnering with you and your family to ensure your child’s early learning experience is meaningful, joyful, and rooted in care.
